TeRms & Policy / 利用規約・ポリシー

◆Any cancellation received within 5 days prior to arrival date will incur full amount of the charge. We will settle the full amount of the charge from the credit card 5 days prior to the arrival date.
◇Children aged 7 and above are allowed to stay. Each child is counted as one person.
◆We only accept reservations with advance credit card payment. Cash payment is not accepted.
◇We do not accept reservations via phone or email.
◆到着日の5日前以降にキャンセルした場合は、宿泊料金の100%が請求されます。到着日の5日前以降に宿泊料金の100％をご登録のクレジットカードからお引き落としいたします。
◇お子様は7歳以上から宿泊可能です。お子様も1名様と数えさせていただきます。
◆ご予約はクレジットカード事前決済のみで承ります。現金決済はお受けできかねますので何卒ご了承ください。
◇電話・Eメールでのご予約は受け付けておりません。
